PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Rick Hernandez has more than 14 years experience in the real estate industry.  After graduating from the University of Southern California’s Real Estate & Business School, he started his career as a real estate appraiser, and then moved on to Dataquick Information Systems to work with major financial institution's real estate, mortgage lending and portfolio divisions nationwide. He most recently specialized in Sales of  Real Estate and Vacant Land with NAI Capital Commercial and now with Solutions Resource, Incorporated.
